The Words That Run Through My Head:

Who are these kids, and when are their parents coming back?

Tid Bits

It is that time of year for us educators...hectic-almost finished-tie up the loose ends-time. So, I've been neglecting my little Scouty-Poo's blog. I'm putting this picture up since it is my favorite right now. Let's see about updates: she is still walking. That's good. She talks baby babble which is entertaining. She has a toothbrush and toddler toothpaste that she "uses" each morning. She is venturing out on the playground away from just the swing. Her favorite human is her Grandpa Richie. Oh, and she will hug a pet on ya. She hugs Roxy, Pudge, Emmitt, and Tiger the Cat at her Gi-Gi's house. The pet hugging is pretty fun. And, we are considering moving her to a toddler bed. Michelle has one that she is willing to let us borrow, so we are about to make a move. She loves to get into the beds in the beds in the house, so maybe she'll like her own?? Maybe we should just wait on that. Probably.

Ya, I love this picture! I love the ring and the hat to the side. Too cute!

And don't forget the necklace! She's such a little girl! She could probably do well in a toddler bed -- maybe too well. What if she got up in the middle of the night and went for a walk? Or to get something to eat?

I need more videos, etc!

I'm jealous about the toddler bed.

Listen to GiGi...you don't want her waking up and have the run of the house while you sleep. I say not until she is 2. What do I know?

When my sister transitioned the first kiddo to the toddler bed, she put a baby gate on the door to the kiddo's bedroom...that way, if she got up, she couldn't escape...

Wow. What big decisions are being made. She looks like such a grown up girl. Good luck with the bed thing!
