I Don't Mean to Brag

Here is an email we received today from Scout's teacher:

"Well Scout wowed us all today. We are talking about animals in the winter this week. We talked about hibernation and read a book about animals that hibernate. Our art project was a bear hibernating. Scout excitedly colored and glued and then sat down at another table and proceeded to copy the sentence from the top of her art paper onto a marker board. She did a fantastic job and this is very unusual to see in a three or four year old. The kindergarten teachers were very impressed as well and are ready to take her as a student in their class. Attached is a picture of what she wrote. This is a very proud mama and papa moment!"

I'm glad she told us this is advanced because I wouldn't know that. I mean, look at that writing...it looks like a 4 year old did it. I'm proud.
