After years on the road, the chinchillas that Scott bought me about 5 years ago, have finally come to our house for the summer. They have been at school and in foster care for the last few summers. They have to stay cool (under 78 degrees) so you can't just put them anywhere. We have put them in the playroom, and they are such a hit with Scout and Brooke! Scout picks them up, feeds them, gives them dust baths and shows them to visitors. She knows they are nocturnal and tells them goodnight in the morning.
Georgia enjoyed the Chins too. Originally, I named the chin sisters Christy and Lisa, but Scout calls them Max and Ruby.
And, this pic doesn't go, but Brooke likes to brush her teeth...
