Scout Is 3!

Scout had her birthday this weekend. First, I'd like to say that having a birthday right before Christmas is quite challenging. I think it would be better if it were even just one day AFTER Christmas, but it is what it is. I am totally contemplating the half birthday celebration for her. I'm not sure I can hold up throughout the years with this schedule. Plus, it is crazy for Scout to have all this celebrating in one week. She woke up this morning and said she wanted a present!

But, Scout had a wonderful day.  She loved her presents and guests. She was a rather gracious host, even introducing some people to each other - seriously.  She can have a conversation, pee in a real toilet, watch an entire movie, and make her own cereal.  These are just some of the milestones of my three-year-old.

Here are some pics. I guess Scott didn't know I was trying to get out of this picture, so now it is a little odd, but whatevs. It is about her...

Dora the Winter Princess Doll is a hit.
