My Science Lab : Their Excitement

An evening at my school proved to be, once again, a great way to spend time together. We hit the vending machines for Yoo-hoo. We fed fish and turtles. But the real fun begins when I let the kids explore....
Brooke got this stool in place and started her lecture. She loves to spell her name and say everyone else's middle names.


Scout found these glasses, gathered these basic lab supplies, and asked if she could do some work. She "experimented" on her own for about 20 minutes while I did some work.



Also, tonight Scout let Brooke know that the appearance of Brooke's first freckles means that going to college and being grown up are going to happen soon. Then, Scout told me that she wants to be a dentist. She then explained why: "I want to use all those tools."
