Scout Is Born

Scout Noelle Everett joined us today at 2:40 pm. Thanks to the miracle of drugs Aurora didn't feel much throughout the delivery. Scout came in at 10 pounds, 13 ounces and was 21 inches long. She has already has a beautiful head of dark curly hair.

Scout is doing great, and Aurora is on her way to recovery (she's a little sore). We thank each of you that came to the hospital or called throughout the day. It was an amazing sense of friends and family, and we are glad we got to share this day with each of you. We thank you for your thoughts and prayers along the way. And now, how about some pictures.

She is so beautiful! And I also think that was an "Aurora face" that she was making, although I think she really looks like her daddy!
